Full-Time Employment
With a new location in the Midwest, Ridge Haven is expanding and hiring!
We are seeking a committed Christian man to join our team at our Cono Campus, in Walker Iowa.
This position will primarily involve:
• Preparing for and assisting with retreats, conferences, camps, and other events
• Providing hospitality and practical support to our guests
• Helping with event setup, cleanup, and general camp operations
• Working primarily on weekends
• Assisting with our local youth ministry on Wednesday evenings
• Building positive, Christ-centered relationships with children, teenagers, guests, and volunteers
We are looking for someone who:
• Has a genuine and growing relationship with Jesus Christ
• Agrees with and supports our ministry’s statement of faith and values
• Is dependable, hardworking, flexible, and servant-hearted
• Enjoys working with young people and serving behind the scenes
• Is comfortable with physical work and a varied schedule
• Is available for regular weekend and Wednesday-evening responsibilities
We offer a competitive starting salary and a full benefits package for a full-time employee.
We would also consider a current college student for a part-time position of approximately 15–30 hours per week. This could be an excellent opportunity for a student interested in Christian ministry, camping, hospitality, youth work, or event management.

RV Ministry
Ridge Haven has been greatly blessed by numerous RV ministries over the years. Teams will come volunteer with us for up to one month at a time serving in various areas such as construction, painting, maintenance repairs and housekeeping. Come stay at our newly renovated RV Site in the beautiful Blue Ridge mountains and serve alongside our team.
