Winter Camp provides a full week of camp activities, games, teaching, and worship. There will also be plenty of time to hang out with friends around the campfire or in the activity/game room and camp store. To top it off, celebrate the arrival of the New Year in style with our big New Year’s Eve celebration!
Winter Camp welcomes youth groups as well as individuals who are looking for the full Ridge Haven camp experience. (The cost is cheaper for those that bring their own counselors!)
Youth Groups also have the option of Winter Retreat, which is designed for churches that prefer to lead their own worship times while also enjoying fun activities led by the Ridge Haven staff. Find out more.
Brevard Winter Camp Speaker 2025: Sam Hodge
Sam serves as our Retreats and Resident Coordinator, overseeing the Explorer’s Project internship program and Retreat ministries. He and his wife, Hannah, have worked on year-round staff at Ridge Haven since 2021. Before that, they were on summer staff and actually met at Ridge Haven! Sam is in his final year of seminary at Covenant Theological Seminary and currently under care of Cornerstone Presbyterian Church’s session as he hopes to become an ordained minister in the near future. His favorite things to do are running, reading, and spending time with his daughter, Judah.
