Junior Great Adventure Week (GAW) is designed specifically for young campers who want an introductory experience to the great outdoors. Campers will participate in all the regular camp activities of Junior Camp, but will also spend one night out in a tent in our camping village cooking their dinner and breakfast over a campfire and learning basic camping skills.
GAW activities include introductions to archery, rock climbing, and hiking through the beautiful North Carolina mountains on our 900-acre property, as well as all the fun and games of a regular Junior Camp. Sliding down the Wet Willie water slide, tackling the junior ropes course, making new friends in their cabin group, and great times of worship and teaching will make for a memorable week.
Cost & Registration
Junior Great Adventure Week is available at the special low price of $275 (no other discounts apply). The registration fee and a t-shirt are included in the price. Camp is five nights and six days.
Parents, bring your kids to camp and have your own vacation at Ridge Haven. Reserve a room or apartment to coincide with camp. See our accommodations.
